Challenge
An upcoming startup wanted to develop a digital payment solution that could be
used by small and medium businesses throughout the UAE. There are two parts to
the product- one for merchants to enroll and manage their payments- a CMSand one for customers to pay using multiple payment options including Apple Pay.
Each enrolled business is be able to accept payments through a QR code and a
web link. Using a smart dashboard and mobile app, merchants can monitor their
payments, receive reminders, communicate offers, and manage bulk payment
requests. Different reports are available to merchants through a reporting tool.
The digital wallet allows customers to earn cashback from merchants and redeem
it for future purchases. The product is currently in Beta, and we are continuing to
improve the platform.
