A North UK Based taxi firm was looking to build a Taxi ERP platform from the ground up. Tech Active built the taxi software solution tailored to their needs which included a driver management system, cloud based dispatcher, automated payments module and a customer app.
We also developed a modern customer app which allowed customers to make and track bookings as well as pay by credit card. The referral bonus system in the customer app ensured customers kept coming back.
Extensive Google Maps integration in the driver app made it easy for drivers to find their way around. AI-based heatmaps in the driver app predicted demand and helped drivers plan their day. Automated payouts ensured drivers are paid on-time.
The cloud-based ERP allowed the firm to fully manage their taxi operations from one central location. Powerful analytics and business intelligence tools enable them to access unique and insightful reports. Now, the firm is looking to expand into the UAE.
