Tech Active was contacted by Business Sweden to help them build an online job portal to help international students studying in Swedish universities search for jobs in Swedish companies around the world.
Tech Active collaborated with Business Sweden right from the planning stage - identifying core features, research, UI/UX to developing a world class solution. The entire platform is built on the latest tech stacks and is scalable. Using a smart algorithm, the platform provides equal opportunities for all students in the job application process; and prevents abuse of the system. An in-built scheduler allowed recruiters to schedule and manage interviews.
Both automated workflows and manual moderation process for registering students on the platform has been developed to ensure that only genuine students and alumni register on the platform.
